As you move around you'll encounter a Web pages with frames.  A framed page actually consists of several separate panes  which work somewhat independently of one another.  Most of the Rabbitbrush web site, for example, has framed pages.

With some browsers, especially older versions, backing up is different in framed pages.  With newer browsers, there should be no problem.

If you find backing up a frame at a time difficult, try using your right mouse button to navigate rather than the Back button you usually use.  Just right-click in the frame you want to back up, then choose Back from the menu that appears.

Go to the Rabbitbrush main page now and practice using frames.
