The Help Desk Roundtable, chaired by System Computing Services, provides a forum for NSHE institutions and SCS representatives to share information about their respective help desk services and address local issues related to computing technology and support.
The committee meets via statewide video conference on the 2nd Tuesday of every other month at 9:00 am. Meetings are open. To place an item on the agenda or be added to the helpdeskroundtable[@]nevada.edu mailing list, send an email to support[@]nevada.edu.
