SCS Mission Statement

SCS exists to provide system-wide services aligned with the needs of NSHE institutions, affiliates, and partners through the delivery of evolving information, application and network technologies.

Our Vision:

System Computing Services will become an exemplary supplier of IT services to the Nevada System of Higher Education.

• Providing guaranteed levels of service that are agreed upon and aligned with NSHE defined needs;
• Adding value to NSHE by reducing the time to implement IT changes;
• Increasing the availability of IT services;
• Maintaining consistent levels of customer satisfaction and delivering services in line with market costs;
• Professionally certifying IT staff; and
• Enabling IT staff with technology solutions and best-practice processes.
